Terms of Use
Last updated: September 18, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using pumpwatt.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Anvimo LLC (“we,” “us”).
2. What PumpWatt is — and isn’t
PumpWatt provides free calculators and estimates for vehicle fuel and energy costs, gas-station prices, and hybrid/EV cost comparisons, using public data (U.S. EIA, EPA, DOE) and third-party station prices. All outputs are estimates for general information only. They are not financial, automotive, tax, or professional advice, and are not a guarantee of any price, saving, or outcome. Prices and incentives change; verify before you act. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.
3. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that data (including third-party or government data) is current, accurate, or error-free, or that the Site will be uninterrupted.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anvimo LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its estimates. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to USD $100.
5. Intellectual property & copyright
All content on the Site — including the software and source code, text, calculators and their methodology, design, graphics, the “PumpWatt” name, the “Pump or Watt?” slogan, and the PumpWatt logo — is owned by Anvimo LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. PumpWatt™ and Pump or Watt?™ are trademarks of Anvimo LLC. You may view and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, harvest, mirror, frame, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset, without our prior written permission.
6. Third-party data, links & affiliate disclosure
The Site relies on third-party and government data sources and may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for. Some outbound links are affiliate links, including Amazon links as an Amazon Associate; we may earn a commission. This never changes the calculators’ answers.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, access it by automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) except for good-faith search-engine indexing, or use it in violation of any law.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
