Gas Guru, the Yellow Pages gas price app, has disappeared from both app stores. If you used it to find the cheapest sign, GasBuddy or Google Maps does that now. If you used it to decide where to fill up, that is PumpWatt.

Gas Guru sorted stations by the sign. It never asked what you drive. It cannot tell you that a 26 mpg car saves $1.40 on a 14 gallon fill at a sign 10¢ lower, then spends about $0.54 on the 2 miles there and back.
PumpWatt starts with the car and the ZIP, then ranks the three stations you would actually choose between.
PumpWatt: free, no sign-up, no card. Some links pay us; that never changes which station wins.
Gas Guru: was free, made by Yellow Pages (Thryv). Its Google Play and App Store listings both return not found as of September 17, 2026, and users reported it stopped showing stations in late 2025. There has been no official notice.
